Jessica Renee Holmes (born November 17, 1976) is an American television personality best known as the former co-host of the popular Nickelodeon TV series Slime Time Live. She currently serves as an anchor for KTLA 5 The CW in Los Angeles.

Holmes began her television career in 1999. She worked at Nickelodeon where she was an intern for Nickelodeon Games and Sports and began co-hosting Slime Time Live, six months later. The series was presented with an award for Outstanding Children's Program, by the Florida Motion Picture and Television Association in 2002. The show lasted 8 seasons.
In late 2003, Holmes moved to New York City to host Bragging Rights, a reality game show series that aired on OLN (now Versus) where male contestants competed in outdoor sports challenges.
Holmes joined KTLA in November 2005 as weathercaster for the KTLA Prime News, after winning "The Audition" a reality show-like competition that was held during the KTLA Morning News.
Currently she is co-host of the KTLA 9 am Morning News and weathercaster/anchor on the KTLA 1pm Afternoon News.
Although a native of Cleveland, Ohio, Holmes spent most of her childhood in Cape Coral, Florida. She graduated from the University of Central Florida, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio and Television.
